SOCIALITE DRESS
I've been wanting to make the (Socialite Dress by Anna Maria) for quite sometime. So this morning I finally got the courage and decided that I needed an easter dress. This is not your tipical Easter dress but just something that I could wear today. I made it with some linen that Ivan had bought me in the states about 2 years ago. It's was kind of plain, so I made a flower brooch to go with it. It addded some charm and color to it. I also wore it with a belt because I thought it looked like a potatoe sack on me. It is definitely a design that I will have to wear with a belt because it is not (at all) very flattering on me.

Well, since you could look gorgeous even in a potato sack..... I'm thinking you are too critical. You look great, those are lovely photos and I am just too proud of all the sewing you guys do!
Lovely!!! The lady, the dress, AND the photos!
I can't imagine anything not being flattering on you! But it's hard to tell from the photos... must see in person. Could you maybe make it a size smaller? The photos are really nice!
