Can you believe it! I did a lap quilt :) Katelyn inspired me to do the

"wonky star" quilt by placing the star randomly. She showed me this amazing quilt. They used the Moda x-mas line (Figgy Pudding) which it looks adorable. I have never attempted to do anything like this, so I did not want to use my pretty fabric and mess it up. I used kona ivory and some of the reds we have in the store. I can't wait to see it all quilted and washed laying over my sofa for the Holidays ;)

Finished the back of my turning twenty quilt. It's only taken me a year to decide what I wanted on the back of my quilt :) The only thing I need to do now is quilted. I need a date with the long arm machine.

Meet Annie :) I started her 2 years ago and stopped becaused I could not understand the sewing directions. The girl needs some hair! I could not find orangy red yarn at the shop today, soooo if any one has some stash at home that would like to share so that Annie could have some hair I will be grateful :)

I have been wanting to do this flower forever. I bought the button thingy before I left on my vacation and it has been sitting on my things to do bag since then. finally I gave it a try and I like it :)

I started my wonky pinwheel quilt but ran out of thread so on to another project.

a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Adrienne is teaching me how to crochet. I was doing really good while she was there supervising me but as soon as I was on my own I was not able to keep it straight. I just don't know what I am doing wrong.
